Agreement to Terms

Terms and Conditions agreements act as a legal contract between Amiri Exchange and the user who access your website and mobile app.

User Requirements

Amiri Exchange is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Person under the age of 18 is not permitted to register for the App.

All the registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
